Code Compliances
The RDI Compressed Earth Brick construction system and the
CEBs we produce exceeds the prevailing US and International
Building Code standards for adobe and soil-based brick and
block materials, defined as non-fired clay masonry.
Our Bricks exceed the Adobe compressive strength standard
of 300 psi, and measured at 850,900 to 2,300 p.s.i. depending
on bonding agent content. They also out performed the Adobe
wall standards for compression strength, modules of rupture,
lateral load and shear strength. The results of this test
are available on request.
